W. Earl “Tripp” Means, PE
As founder and president of Means Engineering, Inc, Tripp has extensive experience in responsible charge and management of projects, large and small, in all phases of civil and environmental engineering. His expertise includes master planning of large residential and commercial tracts, environmental and governmental regulatory permitting, paving and roadway design, utility infrastructure, sanitary systems, and drainage analysis.
Before forming Means Engineering, Inc, Tripp spent sixteen years (1992-2008) at CGS Consulting Engineers as a project manager, overseeing the design and permitting of subdivisions, commercial developments and roadway projects. In 2008 he formed Means Engineering, Inc. specializing in site planning, drainage and site design. He has developed continuing relationships with clients such as Flagler College, The Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, The Town of Orange Park and The Girl Scouts of Gateway Council.
